  • Successfully argued numerous orders to show cause in public procurement and Open Public Records Law matters.
  • Obtained preliminary injunctive relief in U.S. District Court enjoining the State of New Jersey from implementing and enforcing an amendment to New Jersey’s Unclaimed Property Act, which would have required the escheat of unused balances on gift cards to the state. Successfully opposed the State’s appeal through the denial of its petition for certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court.
  • Represented Devils Renaissance Development with regard to its construction and contract dispute regarding the development and management of the Prudential Arena in downtown Newark, resulting in a favorable award from the American Arbitration Association on behalf of the client.
  • Second-chaired a three-week trial defending an employee of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities against claims filed under the Conscientious Employee Protection Act. After a hung jury, she successfully moved for dismissal of the case notwithstanding the verdict.
  • Successfully litigated many types of employment discrimination lawsuits on behalf of corporate employers, including obtaining dismissals through summary judgment.
